They say that variety is the spice of life, so enjoy a wide range of healthy foods and participate in lots of fun activities. Instead of slaving on the treadmill, grab a friend and go for a walk outside while you catch up on gossip! Join a spin class, try steam yoga, or just play hopscotch or soccer with your kids.
