8 mistakes I made while trying to lose weight

I went on my 1st diet around 5 years ago. Over the past four and a [*fr1] years my weight went up and down as I attempted each diet and exercise program under the sun. Nothing seemed to figure for me. Till six months ago I enrolled during a weight workshop that taught me that I need to change the manner I have a look at food. It was then that I realized that I had created several mistakes in my quest to lose weight.

1. I started to skip breakfast

I would literally eat about 2000+ calories in some unspecified time in the future, feel guilty, and finish up eating about 700 calories the subsequent day. 3. I bought diet food

6. I started my new diets on Mondays
Once I found a replacement diet that I decided I was going to strive I perpetually started it on a Monday. This meant I might eat all weekend like I used to be never visiting eat again. Doing this I was simply setting myself up for failure.

7. I used to be to embarrassed to travel to the gym
Taking the plunge and joining a gym was one among the hardest things I ever did. I was forever worried that folks within the gym would be viewing me and talking concerning me. 8. I set my goals to high
Setting long term goals is great, however these goals invariably appear to so much off.
