January Means Excercise

A lot of people out there have chosen to do a bit of excercise as their resolution to take in New Year for 2010. However what is the best form of exercise and why?

Gym

The gym can be a great place to go to not only to exercise but for help on exactly what you need to do so lose that weight or work on those muscles. the great thing about a gym membership is that you get people that are there to help you out. There is a very big problem with going to the gym and the fact is that it can be very expensive and if you are not going with friends it tends to be very boring especially if you do not have an iPod. Often it is just too much money to afford and will stop you from getting things you want to buy for yourself.

Running

Running is a really good way to get a bit of exercise. To get the most out of the run I would certainly suggest you went in the early morning or evening as the air is nice and fresh. This can really help if you are not used to the exercise as it will settle the body in gradually. Many people do not like running and this is down to the fact that they are doing it in public and feel uncomfortable.

Cycling

Cycling is of course another alternative and many new people take up cycling every year. I believe that the number of people that use bikes will only increase as more people seem to be caring about the environment. It would seem that once again the problem is the cost here. Look around for the best Zipp Wheels and Cycling Shoes as well as looking for the best bike like a Trek Madone.

There are so many other options out there to choose from such as weight lifting at home, swimming and you could even use the Wii. One of the best things to do is just go with what you think is best for you.
