2. Gym workouts. To top off the diet, you should also go to the gym to finally get rid of your love handles.

There are basically two types of exercises you want to focus on when you’re looking to lose your love handles. I’ve talked about them in other articles.

The moment you lose all the extra fat from your abdominal area, then you’ll start losing the fat in your thighs. That’s two benefits for the price of one!

Side Bend Exercises:
Stand with your knees slightly bent and feet about shoulder width apart. Maintaining the position, slowly bend your body to the left or right (whatever you choose) and letting it go as far as you can. You might also incorporate weights when doing this. This exercise focuses on the body part that ultimately becomes the love handles. The circulation of blood and oxygen in the body will also be improved by this routine. Even better, the love handles are elongated by continually doing this exercise. Hence, you’ll find that this love handle exercise is an excellent addition to your routine.

Torso Twist Workouts:
Rather than bending, the torso twist requires you to “twist” from side to side while your lower body is positioned in a stationary manner. For better results, place a stick behind your head on your shoulders and get ready to experience the burn of a full twist.
