How to get a six pack in 3 minutes

Most of us it seems today are in a big hurry or have little time to spare. This lack of time means that everybody is looking for a quick fix especially when it comes to fitness.

So first of all let me be clear if you are looking to get a six pack in 3 minutes then you need to be a little more realistic .

Just working out for 3 minutes every week will not get you a six pack .For the best chance of getting a six pack you need to be training between 3-6 times a week and following a calorie controlled healthy eating plan. However if your time for exercise is very limited and you can spare only a few minutes every day here is some good advice and a great 3 minute fat burning, six pack workout you can try at your next training session:

1. Focus on intensity

One of the most important factors when looking to lose body fat and show off your six pack is applying high intensity to your workouts. This means that if you can only spare just a few minutes per day for training then the workout must be performed at the highest level of intensity you can manage.

2. Proper Technique

During your workouts always make sure that you are performing every rep with good control and proper technique.The result of doing this is that the muscles get worked much harder which means that your workouts although short are effective. If you are feeling that your technique or form are not quite correct then either reduce the weight or slow down the rep tempo.

3. Total Body Workouts

When time is limited then just doing ab exercises is not the best way to a six pack. For high calorie burn which is what you want to focus on I would recommend workouts that hit the whole body. For getting your body in a fat burning state and working all the muscles in your body including abs  high intensity resistance workouts are excellent. If you doubt this then have a go at this workout for 3 minutes and see how you feel:

1 Kettlebell/Dumbbell 2 handed Swings - 1 minute

2. Press up with mountain Climber – 1 minute

3. Dumbbell Squat to overhead press  – 1 minute

Perform as a continuous circuit with no rest between each exercise.

This workout will have you dripping sweat and panting for breath in no time plus it is working your abs hard for the whole 3 minutes .

As long as you approach your workouts with these factors in mind, you will give your entire body and core a great workout in just 3 minutes and start burning tons of calories..  If you hit the point when you can perform a workout like this a maximum intensity then its time to either change the routine or start adding weight.

So as you can it is not impossible to get a six pack in three minutes but if you want quicker results then you really need to increase your workout time to 15-30 minutes. Its important to keep in mind that without the proper diet then all this hard work to get a six pack will be for nothing.
