Eating Breakfast – Eating the right food is important. Take note that it is not good to eat meat in the mornings. Believe it or not, bacon is a little unhealthy because of the oil and fat in it. A healthy breakfast usually consists of fruits, milk, and bread. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so eating good food is vital.

Portions – The servings you have for lunch and dinner shouldn’t be the same as the huge breakfast you had. Simply put, you should give yourself only a half or even a quarter serving of the big piece of meat that you are planning to have for lunch. At first you may think that it won’t be enough to go through an afternoon. But with a few snacks, you can prolong the afternoon. You don’t want to overdo it.

Junk food is bad – Again, snacks are advisable throughout the day but these snacks should be in the form of something healthy as well, like wheat crackers, bread, and some more fruit if you like. Your body will start to gain the excess fat that you don’t want if you eat a bunch of junk food full of empty calories.
