Cardiovascular and weight training will have a massive impact on your goal to get six pack abs. These types of exercises can burn large amounts of calories, and this is what is needed to get rid of waist fat.

Clearly you need to exercise, but make sure that you don’t completely focus on your stomach area. A big part of succeeding in getting six pack abs will be a direct result of your diet.
